Meeting called to order at 9:00 am with following members present; R.Spitler, John Walker, Bo Spitler, P.Decker, Jeff Dunson, P.Wilkinson, C.Olsen
B.Grefensteff will not be able to join Board due to previous commitments, therefore J.Walker will remain on board for another term.
The tile for main road by the Hamiltons was replaced with two loads of gravel to complete. H.Rouse replaced tile and maintained while gravel was settling. Many thanks to Harold and his successful completion of this project.
H.Rouse also reshaped roads, drawing gravel back to center of road. After this work, two addition loads of gravel were required to complete road maintenance. Since it normally takes 7 loads of gravel to cover roads, This action saved Re-Con a significant amount. Again many thanks to Harold.
The treasurers report was submitted and approved. Current checking balance was $3,596.
The two people who have yet to pay this years dues will be contacted.
This July, Stockholders will vote on President and Sec/Treasurer for the next year. R.Spitler and P.Wilkinson have stated that they will not run again.
B.Fletcher’s family ( an original member who passed away in Nov. 2011 ) is offering his lot for sale. All Re-Con members were offered a chance to purchase. As of this date an offer from a guest has been made.
C.Olsen stated that he has had contact with the Corps ranger, and told to made some modifications. Other lot owners should be aware that infringements on Corps property could result in problems for them personally.
Finally Jeff Dunson is to be thanked for repairing swim dock and coating with a wood sealer. Job well done, again thanks Jeff.
