OLD BUSINESS
R.Spitler reported that the Corps lease by the triangle by the Olsens was in progress.Corps real estate dept. was reviewing to determine a lease cost.
Treasurers report was read and accepted.A suggestion as to including the beginning checking balance would be helpful, so it will be included in the future.
McClustersdues were received.Future dues receipts need to be received on a more timely basis.M. Burroughs will draft a procedure to help in this process.It was suggested that April 1st be used as a last date before reminders were sent out.
NEW BUSINESS
J.Applegate and S.Bell to draft a list of courtesies for all, but particularly for new members of the Re-Con community.Most items such as no cars on the beach and no dogs when others are using the area.We cannot dictate policy on Corps property, but it is in Re-Cons best interest to comply with Corps and think of others while using the beach area.
Grading and gravel may be needed between Hamiltons and Campbells Lane before summer.Otherwise gravel will be used on an as needed basis.
J.Applegate and C.Nimitz are in charge of planning for Re-Cons 50th anniversary at the July 4th weekend.Any suggestions should begiven to them.
Jeff has suggested that the BY-Laws need updating.He will detail at later date.
A thank you card was received from the Cook family for flowers for Ivan.
