Meeting called to order by E.Neal at 9:00am with following members present; R.Spitler, E.Neal, John Walker, P.Decker, Bo Spitler C.Olsen, J.Dunson, P.Wilkinson
Treasurers Report was read and approved. All 2011 dues were expected by end of the day.
R.Spitler informed Board that area ranger had required that trees be planted and swim dock be repaired prior to granting new permit from Corps. P.Wilkinson, B and R. Spitler planted 13 new trees. The top of the swim dock was replaced.
Work completed last year (H.R.Ramsey) and this year (H.Rouse and Yancy Trucking) have improved the road conditions a great deal. H.Rouse’s work saved us money by reclaiming gravel on sides of the road.
R.Spitler contacted B.Fletcher on past corporate actions concerning stock. He referenced local lawyer J.Overstreet, but could not remember details of stock exchange when Hideaway and RE-CON were merged. J. Overstreet was contacted and he did not make the change and did not remember the details. To change corporate structure to a Home-Owners-Association (HOA) would require approximately $1000. No interest was expressed to make this change.
Jeff Dunson has become RE-CON’s newest member.
The drainage tile close to the hard surface will be investigated as to cost to replace. About once or twice a year hard rains cause the water to overflow the road washing gravel from the road.
